HOMESTUCK PERMISSIONS:
this is how john types in text-format posts.
aside from the fact that he doesn't capitalize anything, he types like any normal person would.
occasionally he may capitalize an entire word for EMPHASIS! and every so often, he might use an emoticon or type out an action.
like so: *rolls eyes.* or even /shrug
oh! and sometimes he multiplies letters or punctuation marks by eight!!!!!!!! :)
but this is mostly just when talking to vriska and he doesn't really even do it much anymore so there you have it.
As you can see, it's not really much of a quirk but if you dislike the bright blue, just let me know here and I will axe it when tagging you. You don't even need to give me a reason, or anything just "plz no blue" will do, I honestly won't be offended. It should be assumed that he's still using it ic'ly, however.
Also, if you do not want me to tag you at all because Homestuck, ew, this is also the place to let me know. This entry is screened for your convenience and trust me, it'll make everyone a lot happier if you let me know about this sort of thing.
NORMAL PERMISSIONS:
Really, I'm pretty reasonable and there's not a whole lot that I'm uncomfortable with. Pretty much the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that I will flat out refuse is anything of an explicitly sexual nature with an adult character. And I ask that if you want to do something like kill John that you please just contact me to give me a head's up first. Chances are, I will probably be okay with it because dying is one of John's special talents. But if your character wants to kiss him, hug him, read his mind, anything like that go right ahead just bear in mind that he's not likely to return kisses since he's a taken man and do you really WANT to read his mind?
