I know, right? That's how a lot of things go where I come from though, to be honest. Nothing is ever simple or straightforward and it rarely makes sense.

But yeah they're just... out there. Just floating along until some jackass comes along and blows them up and kills all the ghosts inside. Since that can happen for whatever reason.
