[Though John himself is not the one who turned the feed on today (Casey the camerabunny strikes again), he doesn't seem to be completely unaware that he's being filmed. He just doesn't really care because the conversation he's having with his Sandile is far more important, obviously. Well it means something to the guy that Nakadile here belongs to, for sure. But I don't think the word itself means anything in the sense of like...translating to English. Pretty sure it's just a slightly annoying sound made by a bunch of red crocodiles.

You must come from an amazing place!

Well sort of. I am from Earth originally, which isn't really all that amazing. At least the part where I am from, it's downright dull. But on my birthday, my friends and I played this game that sent us to another dimension entirely. Now that place was pretty amazing. We're talking about magical lands to be explored, the forces of light and darkness fighting each other, talking reptiles, magical ghost guides, alchemization...just all kinds of fantastic things that you spend your whole life believing to be impossible. It was pretty cool while it lasted.

And here I thought stumbling over Christmas was a feat! And now you're on another adventure here, huh?

Yup! And loving every minute of it, mostly. If I stay here for the rest of my life, you certainly won't hear me complaining.

How long have you been in Johto?

Just a little over a year now.

I've been here for two, though I don't remember the exact date I showed up. My gear could probably tell me. I've met a few others who've been here as long as I have and longer.

Gosh I hope so, that would be the best. Two years though, wow. So you must have been one of the first people hear then right? I mean from other worlds. I talked to a girl once who said that people haven't always just randomly showed up like this.

I'll believe that. A lot of the people here tend to look at us funny. Have you noticed that?

You mean the people who have always lived here? Mmm...sometimes. I try to ignore it though.

What is a video game exactly?

Well it's...okay kinda like Tetris and Asteroids that you can get on your gear. They're games in a digital format. Where I come from, Pokemon was a video game. The pokemon weren't real, they were just little pixels on a screen but the concept was basically the same. Catch them in the wild, train them, get gym badges, beat the elite four, and become the champion.

_{[Jack computes all that. There were...some strange worlds out there. He's come to terms that in some worlds, his yuletide crimes are a film...he supposed winding up in a place that was a game in other worlds would...make...sense.]
