[There's a pause, perhaps you should tell him why you called. At least until he interrupts...]

Hey, that's cool, but guess what?!

[Another short pause, perhaps you should guess what is so important that John felt the need to interrupt your surely riveting story.]

Oh. Okay, well that makes sense.

[John visibly relaxes, smiling a little. At least for all of thirty seconds until he's seemingly struck by a realization. The vague hand gestures start up again as John struggles to word his point.]

So uh... does that mean... Like I am not trying to make an assumption here or anything! Just trying to make sure we are on the same page here but when you say "offer to reciprocate" does that mean that you are, in fact, asking me to touch your boobs? [A beat.] Or er... offering. Not asking.

[[To answer that, Rose leans in to give his cheek a soft kiss and nods.

That is exactly what she's saying, John.]]

[There's a new shade of red never before seen on John's face. Wow, good job Rose. Achievement unlocked.]

[He's not actually moving to do anything about it though, aside from boggle blatantly at her chest. Is it really okay to touch them? And actually mean to okay the whole face thing wasn't his fault and he's opting to pretend it didn't actually happen.]

[Wow second base. It's right there. He can see it and it is so close.]

[[She sits back, smiling and waiting for him.]]

It's okay John.

[Boobtown is calling you back, John. You know you want to go for another visit.]

[He raises his hand about five inches, looking for all of thirty glorious seconds like he's actually about to go through with it.]

[Then he stops, hesitates, starts going again, no wait. Wait. Not going, he's back to kind of twitching his hand awkwardly back and forth as he tries to decide whether he's going for it or not.]

Gah!!

[In the end, he pulls his hand back and grabs one of the pillows from the bed, slamming it against his face and then flopping backwards onto the bed.]

[He couldn't do it.]

[He could not go back to Boobtown.]

Here John. [[She places her hands on his chest.]]

See? I can do it!

[He doesn't even bother taking the pillow off of his face, therefore muffling his response pretty well.]

That's not even close to the same thing, Rose, and you know it!

[He doesn't have breasts, okay? ~~Not anymore, at least~~ Completely different concept.]

[[Well what if she gently takes one of his hands and tries to put it on her breast? Will that work?]]

[It certainly will. Though it takes John a minute to fully realize what she did. He peeks out from under the pillow and, sure enough, hand fulla boob.]

[Okay, well that actually wasn't so hard, was it?]

[[Rose continues smiling at him, sitting back and letting him get used to the sensation and idea.]]

[After a few moments, John one-handedly (and somewhat awkwardly) pushes himself back up into a sitting position. He spends a good minute just staring blatantly at his hand and Rose's chest, the look in his eyes oddly reverent, almost. And then, he lifts his other hand and brings it to rest gently on Rose's other still-clothed breast.]

[Nope. It's not hard at all. Look at him getting to second base here.]

[[Finally his fiancee has to chuckle.]]

[This quiet laughing and lopsided smile are probably not the best of signs. John's still staring at Rose's chest and his own hands which have now just given the slightest, lightest of double squeezes. Sure enough...]

[[The blonde's cheeks light up a little at the treatment to her breasts, but she ends up laughing anyway.]]

I let you touch them and that is what you choose to do with them? You're ridiculous.

Sorry, I had to!!! [He pulls his hands away, laughing as well.]

I don't particularly care if you do or don't do that. It doesn't bother me. It just amuses me that you would do that first and foremost. But then... I'm not surprised either.

Oh no, I am becoming predictable!!! [The HORROR.] This won't do at all, if I can't keep you constantly surprised by my antics then you will only get bored of me and have to take me out back behind the woodshed.

I will indeed. [At that, he leans over and picks up his shirt again, pulling it back over his head and sliding out of bed.]

That being said, hungry? You probably didn't eat on the way over here, did you?

I am! Did you have something in mind?

Or! Or or oooorrrrrr... how about I go on, alone. By myself. Solo into the kitchen. Meanwhile you go hop in the shower or something. Really take your time, and by the time you are done, your breakfast will be all ready. How does that sound?
