[ooc] april fool's pranks!
Okay so this is pretty early, but I'm going to be kinda busy with school crap for the rest of the week so I figured I should put a note up about this now. As you all know, April Fool's day is Friday and what kind of prankster would John be if he didn't prank all his friends?! A PRETTY POOR EXCUSE FOR ONE IF YOU ASK ME. So, the following people will be waking up to some nice surprises courtesy of John and Slimer.
Dave, Tripp the Pidgeot is on his way to find you. No matter where you happen to be on this day of pranksterism, HE. WILL. FIND. YOU. With him is a pokéball and a note. dear dave, i know i told you i'd give you your pokémon back once you got to violet, but this little guy really missed you. and even though you don't remember him i figured you probably really missed him too! he always was your favorite, after all. oh, and you can hold onto tripp (the pidgeot) until you catch up if you want. you could probably use some extra help and he's pretty strong. see you soon, buddy! -john p.s. his name is jigsaw. If you release the pokemon inside the ball, you will find yourself face-to-face with a very excited and badly-behaved Shuppet. He was your favorite Dave. HE. WAS. YOUR. FAVORITE.
Jade, when you go to brush your teeth, you may not notice that something's off until you actually go to put the brush in your mouth. Surprise! Your toothpaste has been replaced with frosting! 8D Childish, but appropriately sweet, just like you!
Karkat, 24 copies of this picture have been taped in various places around your room. The first is in a very obvious place, like literally there is no way you'll miss it when you wake up. Next to it is a note which reads bet you can't find all 25! Good luck, John has faith in you. Unfortunately, unlike everybody else, you cannot escape with only one prank. Rose decided to get in on this one as well and a cup of confetti has been taped to each blade on your ceiling fan. Whether you discover this on your own or not is your choice, but bear in mind that should you call John bitching about the pictures, he will tell you to turn your fan on in order to find the last one.
Soul, this prank is intended for you but since you share a room with Maka, she'll be affected as well. At 3am your alarm clock will go off. The volume has been set to maximum and frankly, it's quite annoying. Sadly, it will not be on your bedside table like it should be. Also missing from their usual places are all of your lightbulbs. Wherever could your alarm clock be?It's taped to the bedroom ceiling.
And that's it! If for some reason you WANT John to prank you and you're in Violet and have some CR with him just let me know and I can try and come up with something for you. Also, if for some reason one of the five of you don't WANT to be pranked, let me know and your prank will be removed. Excluding Dave. Sorry buddy, John's been planning this prank for months. You're getting it whether you want it or not. Nabi, I know you were considering making Karkat leave ahead of the rest of the group, so if this interferes with your plans then just let me know and your prank won't happen. No biggie. :)
