i am curious.
for the tournament next month, how are you picking your team?
not asking what you picked specifically, just the thought process behind it.
is it better to go with your strongest or your favorites?
or do you have a different game plan entirely?
it's a lot harder narrowing it down to just three than i thought it would be.
i know there's still plenty of time and i don't have to decide TODAY but the sooner the better, right?

[Well, that gives him an idea of how long John has been here.] I remember that; I wasn't on the train, but I knew a few who were.

There needs to be new games out for that. Last one I got had a plug in and was called Rolling Souls. You used a ball to pick up Pokemon and roll them into everything in the game, it was fun at least. [Ekans is alright, a good time killer. Tetris? He's good at, but it's boring.]

it was terrible, but not going to lie it was also kind of exciting.
how many people can say they have been in a train heist, after all?
that actually sounds like fun, i will have to check that one out at some point.
i usually play asteroids or kanto trail, myself.

Not many, it's understandably somewhat exciting.
Heh, it's... really fun, actually. I never played games before coming here, but it kills a few hours when I can't train. Which one is Kanto trail? [He's seen it every now and then but never got around to clicking that button. Always seems like it'll take too long..]

exactly.
it's actually kind of lame, but it's based off of a game we had back home that was equally as lame.
but that's kind of what makes it fun.
basically you're an early settler of the kanto region.
hunt, gather, try not to die of ridiculous causes.

i mean, we have burgers and whatnot here.
where do you think those come from?

I have to wonder where they are then. I've traveled a lot and I've never seen an animal that isn't a Pokemon.
