gosh! i'm not sure where this place is but it sure looks like fun!!!!!!!!!
maybe it will be even more fun than the medium!!! it seems like there are a lot more people here!
people who could use a few laughs. :D
so i guess i'll tell a few jokes now, save some for later, and go "explore" this city!!!!!

and last but not least: what do you call a man with no legs?

[For anyone in Goldenrod City, you may see this strange, seemingly hyperactive blonde boy running around with a lollipop in his hair and wearing a pair of shorts in the middle of winter. Though oddly, it doesn't seem to bother him at all. Behind him hops a shiny pink Lopunny and chances are, if you see him? He's eating some form of sweet: lollipop, taffy, sweettarts, gumdrops, cupcakes, and god only knows what else.]

[Now what is he doing, you ask? Aside from eating more sweets than is advised or healthy.]

[Setting up pranks.]

[Be careful when opening doors, fair Goldenrod City, you may find yourself doused in a bucket of snow, candy, or pudding. Yes, even the doors inside houses and hotel rooms. That's right, not even your bathrooms are safe from this prankpocalypse. Of course, it's not just bucket pranks he's pulling. Perhaps your toothpaste was replaced with frosting. Maybe your slippers were super glued to the floor. Maybe you sat on a whoopie cushion or tried to call forth one of your pokemon, only to find out that the balls had been switched. Maybe it was none of these things and some other incredibly lame, months late April Fool's prank befell you. In any case, one thing is certain:]

[Nothing, nobody, and nowhere is safe from a hyperactive, glitched John Egbert.]

((ooc: I have a little info post about Trickster John set up over here in case anyone is curious as to just what the ever loving heck he is and how he's going to work for this event. Feel free to have your character run into him in the street, catch him in the act of pranking, get caught in a prank, respond to the text, whatever floats your boat! It's also perfectly okay for your character not to get pranked, the nothing is safe thing was mostly a joke. As always, if you don't want the colored text in a response, let me know in the subject line. I realize this shade is even more obnoxious than normal. Responses will come from ctrl_t!))

I hope you received a decent amount of chortles and guffaws for such a classic prank, but last I was aware there were unspoken rules strictly prohibiting the deposit of buckets worth of graupel onto an already frozen Strider.

Head's u--? [He turns to see who the warning came from and promptly receives a face full of snow, knocking him backwards and out of his bright pink tennis shoes for the full comedic effect. He sits in the snow for a second before giggling and standing back up, clearing his face of the remains of the snowball.]

Good one! [He should probably be putting his shoes back on, but that doesn't seem to be on the top of his list at the moment. Instead he's bending down and scooping up a handful of snow to make his own snowball.]
