Spoilers, he's doodling on Rose's face while she's unconscious. In any case though, he's clearly not the focus of this broadcast so pay no attention to the boy in the background. He's not as cute as the sweater-wearing Lopunny and scarf-wearing Espeon in the foreground anyway, so this shouldn't be too difficult.]
